played Instead of the 12,10 chord.  Play whichever you think sounds
better out of the two, you choose.

This is a class riff if ever I saw one. When playing this he changes 
it a lot & is very inconsistant, sometimes double-playing some chords 
but if you sing with it, it comes fairly easily.
