There may be a riff inbetween 13 and 14. There's a lot of
wah used. I don't have a wah right now so I can't even try
to tab it. There is a lot of higher pitched sounds that
may have been sampled. If not, try slides around fret 
20 and 22. The wah can probably easily be recreated
with any note, since a lot of the guitar in this song is
more in the back ground. Hopefully the tabs ok. It sounds
better than any other I've seen yet.
